Steven, Matt, and myself decided that we were going to go to an indy wrestling promotion.  We loved this particular wrestling organization, UNTIL they had the main even of the evening.  The main event of the evening involved a guy by the name of “Drunk Adam” and “Dave the Rave, The Hebrew Hitman”.  The stipulation for the match that Flouresent Light Tubes were legal that to be used at will.  We thought this match was going to be so cool.  WE WERE DEAD WRONG!!!  “Drunk Adam” literally got hit with 35-45 Light Tubes.  His back looked so bad and bloody.  This was so over the top ridiculous.  Then a big fat fucker comes down to the ring supposedly to help “Drunk Adam”.  All he did was throw a bunch of chairs into the ring and NOT stop the beating.  There were people in the middle of all this that were walking out the door cause they were so disgusted.  Then after everything was done, the crowd that was left started chanting “What’s the point?”.  I know all of wrestling is supposed to be extreme, but that was stupid and over the top pointless to hurt a man like that.

It’s a short story so I just copied it below. It’s from a Florida newspaper/TV station. A restaraunt in Disney is banning children…weird… 

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) — Children are no longer welcome at Walt Disney World’s swankiest restaurant.

Victoria and Albert’s in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa says children under ten years old are no longer welcome.

The restaurant’s general manager says based on research and feedback, it was the right move to make for a better dining experience for adults.

Victoria and Albert’s has won AAA’s prestigious five-diamond rating. But its new policy is still a rarity in the restaurant business.

Matt, Eric and Steven went to the XCW pay-per-view last night in Denton and left pretty impressed aside from one match. The main event of the night was a light tube death match between the Hebrew Hitman and Drunk Adam.

The match essentially turned into the Drunk Adam being tied to a ring post and hit 30+ times with light bulbs until his back was bleeding obscenely. We all agreed it was just too much. We’ll probably talk more about this in Episode 12.

On the agenda for this Friday is PCW in Arlington. They are currently taping in HD for a documentary for the Learning Channel (I think) so that could be pretty impressive.

Below is the planned arena for the Woojew Wrestling (name to be considered since Matt doesn’t like it???).

The building would only need to be 30×35 but of course we may need something bigger or smaller, but this is the most immediate plan.

Somewhere in the next year to year and a half I expect to be a promotion.
