Disney World is an odd place

It’s a short story so I just copied it below. It’s from a Florida newspaper/TV station. A restaraunt in Disney is banning children…weird…

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) — Children are no longer welcome at Walt Disney World’s swankiest restaurant.

Victoria and Albert’s in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa says children under ten years old are no longer welcome.

The restaurant’s general manager says based on research and feedback, it was the right move to make for a better dining experience for adults.

Victoria and Albert’s has won AAA’s prestigious five-diamond rating. But its new policy is still a rarity in the restaurant business.

Well, I can understand this for some high class restaurants. As a single person who has no children, I have often been annoyed in many public places, especially restaurants, by other peoples children when the are loud, crying, or simply unruly and allowed to do whatever they want. I do understand that some people who have children would like to be able to go out, but if your gonna go to a really nice restaurant, theres no reason to bring the litte kids.

Exactly. V&A is $150 a plate meal. I don’t want little kids fucking up my nice evening out.
